MommyChef: Organic Baby Food Made by You

MommyChef is a hands-on workshop, where at each class you'll make week’s worth of healthy organic meals for your baby or toddler.

Classes are lead by Lianne Phillipson-Webb, Sprout Right's registered nutritionist.

• Everything is supplied, including all organic ingredients
• Take home batches of puree for your freezer
• Get great recipes and meal suggestions
• Make different yummy foods each week
• Bring your baby too! We have lots of great toys to keep them busy
• Fun, interactive class where you can meet other new moms too!

Classes

• FIRST FOODS - what to feed your baby from six to nine months.
  Six week class $180 + GST. Babies welcome.
• Monday March 19 – April 23, 10:30am - 12noon
  

• THE NEXT STAGE - chunkier and new foods for nine to 12 months. Six week class $180 + GST. Babies welcome.

• Monday March 19 – April 23, 1.30pm – 3.00pm
• Wednesday March 21 – April 25, 10:30am - 12noon

• TASTES FOR TODDLERS - one year and older
  Five week class $180 + GST. Babies welcome.
• Saturday March 24 - April 28, 10:00am - 11:30am
